Our Optical Multi-Format Transmitter (OMFT) is built for researchers who require high signal fidelity. Today, with up to 60 GHz bandwidth, it supports next-generation multi-level transmission formats at high symbol rates in the Terabit/s single carrier regime. Our partner Keysight recommends the OMFT to fully harness the advanced performance of even their latest AWG (arbitrary waveform generator).

Our in-house developed Automatic Bias Control (ABC) takes the complexity out of bias control. It automatically sets and maintains the optimal operating point for Mach-Zehnder modulators, ensuring consistent performance over time and conditions.

The OMFT is the cornerstone of the Multi-Terabit Test Solution, developed in collaboration with the Fraunhofer Institute, offering a modular and highly scalable platform for testing ultra-high-capacity network architectures. This flexible system supports various modulation formats and channel configurations, meeting the rigorous demands of the coherent transmission era.
